Paper copies of the public notices were mailed to the applicant, property owners adjacent to the proposed projects, appropriate city/town officials and post offices in the city/town in which the work is proposed. Paper copies were also mailed to the following recipients unless otherwise coordinated with our office: state historical commissions, Federally recognized Native American Indian tribes, and Federal senators and representatives.
